BWS performed the plumbing work for the Little Caesars Pizza World HQ. Our work spanned the entire 9-story building including retail spaces, conference rooms, gym, lockers, outdoor garden, kitchens, and CEO & executive suites.

Through our continuous partnership with the City of Detroit, BWS had the opportunity to bid, win, and install the complete mechanical and plumbing systems for this 7-story parking structure located on the north side of the Little Caesars' Arena.

BWS has a strong relationship with the DMC group of hospitals including the Cardiovascular Institute and the Rehab Institute of Michigan. Our team of professionals performed the complete plumbing throughout the 6-story building.

BWS was tasked with doing the complete plumbing and mechanical systems implementation for the new multi-event world-class stadium. Cost-saving initiatives were crucial. We were trusted to implement the most innovative technologies to help reshape the downtown landscape.

Q-Line (M1 Rail) Penske Tech Center was a crucial piece in the revitalization of Downtown Detroit. BWS performed a Design/Build project for the new maintenance facility consisting of a complete mechanical HVAC / plumbing implementation, including the vehicle lube & compressed air systems.

The Michigan State Police Forensic Crime Lab had some specific needs and our work was crucial to helping them to effectively do their lab work. This was a total build-out comprising of the complete plumbing system, lab-compressed air, and RO water piping systems and equipment.

MHS required a new design and build-out of their mechanical and plumbing system. We inspected the property, assessed their needs, and turned to our in-house team to design/build project the complete mechanical HVAC / plumbing system for their new building and athletic field house.

BWS did the complete plumbing and HVAC system for the performance center at the Detroit Pistons Basketball new training facility. Executed for $2,600,000, our JV worked on the basement, laundry, training pools, locker room, the full-service kitchen, lounge, banquet rooms, and other rooms.

Our team of certified professionals was instrumental in the renovation of the old theatre into this large capacity entertainment facility. We worked on the plumbing systems in the commercial kitchen, bars, and serving areas. BWS also worked on the beverage distribution system.
